When an issue cannot be effectively resolved via remote support we will attend onsite, promptly and courteously. We charge no call-out fee within the Greater Brisbane Area.

For your peace of mind hardware warranties are never dependant on us and are always backed by the respective manufacturers.
Server & Workstation Management
We offer the latest in Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) technology to keep a 24/7 watch on your network. A management agent on each server and workstation alerts us promptly of any developing issues or impending failures, and maintains detailed hardware and software inventory right across your system. Automated patch management and scheduling of common maintenance tasks such as disk defrags help keep your system running smoothly.
Programmed Server Maintenance
A staff member logs onto your servers periodically to check that everything is in good order. Internet usage is checked. Event logs are checked, Anti-virus, RAM usage, disk usage, and other key parameters are all checked and logged. Backup systems are checked and test restores performed from each.
Whenever possible, new PCs and laptops are pre-configured in our office to your special requirements before delivery. This minimises disruption to your workflow and reduces your total cost.
A reliable backup system is a must-have. We use a combination of clever automation and manual observation to ensure that your backups run properly every night. If a backup fails to run or completes abnormally, an urgent ticket is generated and the problem is looked at immediately.
